The Customer Care Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about the company's products or services. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. The CCE also contributes to building strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:-

Customer Interaction

  1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information.
  3. Listen actively to customer issues, ask clarifying questions, and understand their needs.
  4. De-escalate challenging situations with patience and a calm demeanor.

Issue Resolution

  1. Troubleshoot product or service-related issues, providing step-by-step guidance to customers.
  2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  3. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, management) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Provide customers with updates on the status of their inquiries or complaints.

Information Provision

  1. Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
  2. Guide customers through processes such as order placement, account setup, returns, and technical troubleshooting.
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs.

 

Education Qualification

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : NA

Certificate : TOT certified

Industrial Certificate : Experience
