Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and distributing of goods within a warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Goods: Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Material Handling: Use forklifts and other equipment to move materials safely.
• Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards before shipping.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Working Conditions:

• May require long hours and shifts, including weekends.
• Fast-paced environment with potential for repetitive tasks.
