The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately selecting and packing products for shipment according to company standards. This role plays a crucial part in the supply chain, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items according to order sheets or electronic scanners (RF devices).
• Pack items securely into boxes or containers with appropriate packing materials.
• Label packages correctly and ensure the accuracy of shipping documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and correctly picked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or hand trucks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies or product damages to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
