We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Executive to join our logistics team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or packages to customers, while maintaining excellent customer service and following company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Verify delivery information, such as addresses and contact numbers.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle goods with care and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect payments or obtain signatures where necessary.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain delivery logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
