We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing/production team. The Production Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations on the production floor, including assembling products, operating machinery, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Assemble products and components following production guidelines and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety regulations.
• Package, label, and prepare items for shipment or further processing.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and notify supervisors of low stock.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
