Job Title: Production Helper / Factory Helper

Job Overview:

• We are seeking motivated and reliable Helpers to support daily operations at our steel profile manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the production team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading steel materials and finished profiles
• Support machine operators in setup and routine operations
• Carry out basic manual tasks like cutting, stacking, sorting, and packing of steel profiles
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Help with movement of tools and materials within the plant
• Perform basic inspection and quality checks when trained
• Report any irregularities or hazards to supervisors immediately

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 8th/10th grade pass (preferred, not mandatory)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is a plus
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in a factory setting
• Team player with a positive attitude
