Service Engineer - Key Responsibilities

• System Integration: Install and integrate electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, VESDA, WLD, and Automation). Handle system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, providing technical support, and ensuring requirements are met throughout the project.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and progress checks.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, including site surveys, project updates, technical specifications, and completion documents.
• Team Leadership: Guide and supervise installation and field service technicians for efficient on-site operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience considered).
• Experience: Fresher
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, networking, and configuration. Familiar with NFPA standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and email. PMP certification is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to convey technical details to clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving system issues promptly.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
