Jobs Description
Responsible for the distributor sales targets as per AOP through high performance and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Outlets Visit as per Norms, Focus on Range Selling and Lines per order.
- Focus on Secondary Sales network and achievement of target.
- Build relationship to retain existing customers.
- Ensure Dealer Satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions.
- Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
- Review of Dealer Performance regularly.
- Take the lead in resolving customer's issues, report market information to the DB and management.
- Timely closing the collection target of his territory.
