Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas according to established standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or damaged equipment.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and cleaning products.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Handle guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to property policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
