Jobs Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs.
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Process transactions using the POS system, including handling cash, credit, and returns.
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed.
