The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role involves receiving, processing, and storing incoming materials, as well as picking, packing, and shipping outgoing orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and unload materials safely.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper identification and accessibility.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves or storage areas according to order sheets or electronic pick lists.
• Packing and Shipping: Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Loading: Assist in loading outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transport vehicles.
• Inventory Control: Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
• Adherence to Safety Procedures: Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding inventory discrepancies, order issues, or safety concerns
