Job Summary:
  1. The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  
  • Responsibilities:
  1. ·         Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.  
  2. ·         Listen attentively to customer concerns, clarify issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
  3. ·         Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  4. ·         Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. ·         Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  6. ·         Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
  7. ·         Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  8. ·         Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or trends to the appropriate teams for improvement.  
  9. ·         Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  10. ·         Meet or exceed established customer service performance metrics.
  11. ·         Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  12. ·         Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. ·         Potentially assist with other customer-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
