Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Ticketing:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with ticket purchases, inquiries, and information.
- Operate ticketing software (POS) and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints politely and promptly or escalate them to the supervisor.
2. Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations:
- Take food and beverage orders at the counter or through handheld devices.
- Serve items promptly while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
- Ensure proper billing and assist in replenishing stock when needed.
3. Ushering & Auditorium Management:
- Check tickets and guide guests to the correct screen.
- Maintain order and cleanliness inside the auditorium during and after shows.
- Handle lost & found or emergency situations as per protocol.
4. Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sanitization protocols as per company and FSSAI norms.
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness in the lobby, restrooms, and public areas.
- Follow SOPs related to fire safety, emergency evacuations, and security checks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply; hospitality/retail/service background is a plus)
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- Language Skills: Basic English and regional language proficiency

- Ability to handle pressure in peak hours
