• Patrolling and Monitoring :

1. Regularly patrol the premises, including buildings, grounds, and perimeters, to deter and detect signs of intrusion, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities. Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security devices.  

• Access Control:

1. Control access to the property by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing traffic as needed. Maintain accurate logs of entries and exits.  

• Incident Response:

1. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, security breaches, accidents, and other incidents. Follow established procedures for reporting and resolving incidents.  

• Rule Enforcement:

1. Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies to maintain order and security. Address violations in a calm and professional manner.  

• Emergency Response:

1. Assist in emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and evacuations, by following established protocols and providing necessary support.  

• Reporting and Documentation:

1. Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required. Communicate observations and concerns to supervisors.  

• Customer Service:

1. Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and the public in a courteous and professional manner.  

Safety Awareness:

1. Identify and report potential safety hazards or security vulnerabilities. Take proactive measures to mitigate risks.  

• Equipment Maintenance:

1. Ensure that security equipment, such as radios, flashlights, and communication devices, are in proper working order. Report any malfunctions.  

• First Aid/CPR (if certified):

1. Provide basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations if properly trained and certified.

1. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
