• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing Management from a reputed institution.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry.
