1) Customer Engagement:

- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
2) Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of pneumatic systems, components, and applications.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for pneumatic products.
3) Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market reach.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of pneumatic solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
4) Other Duties:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pneumatic technology.
- Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams on customer needs and market requirements.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.
