We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diploma Operator – Mechanical to operate, maintain, and monitor mechanical equipment in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with mechanical systems, and a strong understanding of operational procedures and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, conveyors, and utility systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and report any faults or abnormalities in machinery to the maintenance team.
• Support maintenance teams during shutdowns, overhauls, and repair works.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and equipment performance reports.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the operational area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
