Oversee and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.

Monitor batch production, ensuring raw material mixing, emulsification, and filling processes are done accurately and consistently.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality

Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with local and international regulations, including safety and environmental standards.

Prepare, maintain, and review batch records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and production logs in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in preparing for regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring the company’s compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, BIS).

Ensure that raw materials, intermediates, and finished products meet the specified quality standards before being released for sale.

Conduct product stability studies and validate formulations to ensure product performance over time.

Identify areas for process improvement in the manufacturing operations, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring higher product quality.

Investigate and resolve any production discrepancies or quality issues that arise, applying root-cause analysis to implement effective solutions.
