Jobs Description

New Market Development & Customer Acquisition 

  • Identify new international markets for the company’s existing chemical products. 
  • Develop and implement a strategic market entry plan for high-potential regions. 
  • Conduct market research to determine demand trends, competitive landscape, and target customer base. 
  • Generate and convert international leads into long-term, revenue-generating customers. 

2. Customer Relationship Management 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients for repeat 
  • business. 
  • Act as the primary contact for international customers, understanding their needs 
  • and ensuring seamless service. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of customer orders and 
  • timely deliveries. 
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on pricing, 
  • availability, and new product offerings

3. Logistics & Coordination 

  • Work closely with the Import-Export Documentation Team to ensure smooth order execution. 
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents for export logistics. 
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates on shipments and resolve any logistical challenges

 

4. Pricing & Trade Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Directors for pricing strategies and global trade regulations. 
  • Understand INCOTERMS, payment terms, and trade compliance, ensuring smooth transactions. 
  • Liaise with manufacturing principals to stay updated on international trade policies 
  • and coordinate compliance requirements. 

5. Business Expansion & Growth 

  • Identify high-conversion international markets and focus efforts accordingly. 
  • Develop a roadmap for sales expansion and increased brand presence in global markets. 
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual export sales targets. 
  • As the business scales, manage a team of export executives to drive further growth.
