Designation  :- Jr. Operator

Job description :-

-          Production planning and scheduling :- responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of solar panels within a factory.

-          Quality control: ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and meeting production targets by managing staff, monitoring

            machinery, optimizing processes, and implementing quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality solar panels.

-          Team management: Lead and motivate team colleagues , complete tasks as a team and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.

-          Process improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and

           reduce costs.

Salary Band:-

ITI          :– 17733/- NTH + Statutory bonus(Rs. 1000) per month for 12 hours duty (PF , Insurance & WC  policy + Statutory bonus)

Duty Hours :-

Shift 1 – 8 AM to 8 PM

Shift 2 – 8 PM to 8 AM

Working location :- Karanja & Kos amba – Gujarat

Qualification

ITI – Turner  , Fitter , Copa , AOCP , Wireman , electrical

Age criteria :- 18-27

Gender :- Male

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : ITI

Certificate : N/A

Industrial Certificate : Experience
