We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and experienced F&B Hostess to be the face of our Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude and genuine smile.

Manage table reservations and maintain the seating chart.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally.

Keep the reception and dining area neat and organized.

Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and building a positive dining atmosphere.

Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house role within the F&B industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pleasant appearance and professional grooming.

Ability to handle busy hours with grace and efficiency.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer knowledge.

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
