A Food & Beverage Service Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in restaurants, cafes, bars, or other dining establishments. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering food and beverages efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
2) Food & Beverage Service:
- Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
3) Operations & Hygiene:
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Keep service areas clean and organized.
4) Cash Handling & Transactions:
- Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
- Provide accurate bills and handle transactions efficiently.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Certificate : TOT Certified in Food & Beverage Service Assistant.
Industrial Certificate : N/A
