We are seeking a skilled and passionate Craft Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in artisanal baking techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. The Craft Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked products while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

2) Follow established recipes and develop new, innovative recipes as needed.

3) Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all baked goods.

4) Manage ingredients, inventory, and supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost control.

5) Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.

6) Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve perfect results.

7) Decorate and finish baked goods to meet quality and presentation standards.
