We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hand Block Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional hand block printing techniques, an eye for design, and the ability to work with various fabrics and materials. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for textile arts.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and mix dyes, inks, and pastes for printing.

2) Carve or work with pre-made wooden blocks to create intricate designs.

3) Align and stamp blocks on fabric with precision.

4) Maintain and clean printing tools and work area.

5) Ensure quality control in design replication and color consistency.

6) Work with designers to develop new patterns and prints.

7) Handle fabric preparation and finishing processes.
