Jobs Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Master to join our team. The Pattern Master will be responsible for developing accurate patterns for garments, ensuring proper fit, and optimizing designs for production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and pattern grading.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop precise patterns manually or using CAD software based on design sketches and specifications.
2) Modify and improve existing patterns to ensure the best fit, comfort, and style.
3) Conduct sample fittings and make necessary alterations to patterns.
4) Work closely with designers, tailors, and production teams to ensure the accuracy of patterns.
5) Create pattern grading to develop different sizes while maintaining shape and proportion.
6) Ensure patterns are optimized for efficiency, reducing fabric wastage in mass production.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : N/A
Certificate : TOT Certified in Pattern Master.
