Job Summary

LNJ Skills & Rozgar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and qualified Specialized Sewing Machine Operator Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to candidates in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of sewing machine operations, garment stitching, and apparel manufacturing, along with the ability to train, assess, and motivate candidates in accordance with the curriculum and guidelines prescribed by the respective Sector Skill Council.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Counsel candidates regarding the course, training objectives, and career opportunities in the apparel industry.
• Deliver theoretical and practical training as per the curriculum prescribed by the Sector Skill Council.
• Demonstrate specialized sewing machine operations, stitching techniques, garment construction, and quality control.
• Monitor candidate attendance, discipline, participation, and learning progress.
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and maintain training-related documentation.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests, and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate performance.
• Prepare candidates for final assessments and certification.
• Identify learning gaps and provide additional guidance to improve candidate performance.
• Motivate candidates to achieve good assessment grades and pursue relevant placement opportunities.
• Work towards achieving a 95% assessment success target through effective training and continuous performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with training standards, workplace safety procedures, and Sector Skill Council guidelines.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Relevant qualification in Apparel, Garment Manufacturing, Fashion Technology, Tailoring, or a related field, as prescribed under the applicable qualification and trainer guidelines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry or training experience.
• Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
• Strong practical knowledge of specialized sewing machines, garment stitching, and apparel quality standards.
