About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Government & Public Sector / Strategy & Transactions / Infrastructure Advisory to support advisory engagements involving government departments, public sector organizations, and infrastructure projects.

The role will involve providing strategic and transaction-related advisory support, particularly across Public-Private Partnership (PPP), infrastructure development, government advisory, project finance, and policy-related assignments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure advisory and government consulting, with the ability to work closely with public sector stakeholders and provide practical, implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Public Sector Advisory

1. Support government and public sector clients in addressing strategic, operational, financial, and infrastructure-related challenges.
2. Work with government departments and public sector stakeholders to develop practical and implementable solutions.
3. Support assignments related to public sector transformation, infrastructure development, and economic development.
4. Analyze government policies, programs, processes, and implementation challenges.

Infrastructure Advisory

1. Provide advisory support for infrastructure development and investment projects.
2. Support the preparation, review, and periodic updation of PPP policies and frameworks.
3. Review PPP requirements across government departments and identify implementation gaps at the state level.
4. Analyze operational and execution challenges associated with PPP projects.
5. Assist in developing actionable recommendations to improve project implementation and outcomes.
6. Support feasibility studies, project structuring, project finance, and infrastructure investment assignments.

Strategy & Transactions (SaT)

1. Support transaction advisory and strategic consulting assignments for government and public sector clients.
2. Assist in financial, commercial, and operational analysis related to infrastructure and transaction projects.
3. Support project finance and infrastructure-related advisory engagements.
4. Conduct research, data analysis, benchmarking, and market assessments.
5. Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and client deliverables.

Stakeholder & Project Management

1. Coordinate with multiple client departments and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
2. Provide handholding support to government stakeholders throughout PPP and infrastructure initiatives.
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across advisory, finance, strategy, and transaction functions.
5. Ensure all assignments are delivered in accordance with applicable commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification

Experience

1. Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
2. Experience in infrastructure advisory, government advisory, PPP projects, transaction advisory, or public sector consulting will be preferred.
3. Prior experience working with government departments, public sector organizations, or infrastructure stakeholders is desirable.
