We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to install, repair, and maintain home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and other household electrical appliances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and effective repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Diagnose and repair faults in various home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and other electrical       devices.

2) Perform routine maintenance, testing, and inspections to ensure appliances function efficiently.

3) Install and set up new appliances at customer locations, ensuring proper connections and functionality.

4) Provide customers with guidance on appliance usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting basic issues.

5) Order and replace defective parts as needed, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.

6) Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer interactions.
