Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer – TOT Certified Trainer to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented skill training to candidates in an offline classroom environment.

The selected trainer will be responsible for delivering training in accordance with the applicable Sector Skill Council (SSC) curriculum, Qualification Pack (QP), National Occupational Standards (NOS), and NSQF requirements. The trainer will also support candidate counselling, attendance monitoring, assessments, certification readiness, MIS reporting, and placement-oriented activities.

Trainer Eligibility

1. Mandatory: Valid Training of Trainers (ToT) certification issued/recognized by the respective Sector Skill Council for the applicable Graphic Designer job role/QP.
2. Educational qualification, domain competency and experience should be as prescribed in the applicable and current QP/NOS and NSQF requirements.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant industry/domain experience preferred/required as per the applicable job-role criteria.
4. Strong practical knowledge of graphic design tools, techniques and industry practices.
5. Good communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
6. Ability to train candidates from beginner to job-ready level.
7. Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong practical exposure will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Counselling

1. Counsel candidates regarding the Graphic Designer job role, course structure and career opportunities.
2. Explain learning objectives, assessment requirements and potential career pathways.
3. Encourage regular participation and professional development.

2. Training Delivery

1. Conduct classroom-based training as per the approved SSC/QP curriculum and module structure.
2. Deliver both theoretical and practical training.
3. Demonstrate industry-standard graphic design techniques and workflows.
4. Provide hands-on practice and practical assignments to candidates.
5. Ensure training is delivered in accordance with applicable NSQF and SSC standards.

3. Attendance & Candidate Monitoring

1. Monitor daily candidate attendance and participation.
2. Identify irregular or low-performing candidates and take corrective action.
3. Maintain discipline and a positive classroom-learning environment.

4. Daily MIS Reporting

1. Maintain and submit accurate daily MIS reports.
2. Update training progress, attendance, candidate performance and other required records.
3. Coordinate with the Training Centre/management team regarding batch progress and operational requirements.

5. Pre-Assessment

1. Conduct regular practice tests, mock assessments and pre-assessment activities.
2. Identify knowledge and skill gaps among candidates.
3. Provide additional guidance and practice to candidates requiring improvement.

6. Assessment & Certification Preparation

1. Prepare candidates for the final assessment conducted as per applicable SSC/QP requirements.
2. Conduct mock practical and theoretical assessments.
3. Ensure candidates understand assessment procedures and performance expectations.
4. Support candidates in achieving assessment and certification readiness.

7. Placement & Candidate Motivation

1. Motivate candidates to complete the course successfully and pursue suitable employment opportunities.
2. Develop candidates' professional skills, confidence and workplace readiness.
3. Encourage candidates to achieve good grades and strong assessment performance.
4. Support placement-oriented activities and career guidance wherever required.

8. Training Quality & Results

1. Maintain high standards of training quality and candidate engagement.
2. Track candidate performance throughout the training cycle.
3. Work towards achieving a target of at least 95% successful results, subject to candidate attendance, participation and assessment outcomes.
4. Continuously improve training effectiveness through practical demonstrations, feedback and remedial sessions.
