About the Role

DON BOSCO TECH SOCIETY is looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Sales Associate (TOT Certified Trainer) to deliver high-quality training in retail sales and customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training, developing candidates' employability skills, and preparing them for assessment, certification, and employment in the retail sector.The candidate should have strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, customer handling, merchandising, billing, inventory management, and workplace practices. A valid Training of Trainers (TOT) Certification and relevant industry/training experience will be preferred/required as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver classroom and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum and training standards.
2. Provide comprehensive training on retail sales, customer service, store operations, and workplace practices.
3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and sales techniques to trainees.
4. Train candidates in customer interaction, need identification, upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion.
5. Conduct practical demonstrations related to retail store operations and POS/billing procedures.
6. Develop candidates' communication, interpersonal, customer-handling, and employability skills.
7. Maintain trainee attendance, daily training records, assessment records, and other required MIS.
8. Conduct regular assessments, practical activities, quizzes, and mock tests to monitor trainee progress.
9. Prepare candidates for internal and final assessments and support them in achieving certification.
10. Motivate and guide trainees toward employment and career opportunities in the retail sector.
11. Coordinate with project teams, centre staff, assessors, and other stakeholders as required.
12. Ensure training is delivered in accordance with the applicable Qualification Pack (QP), NOS, NSQF standards, and project guidelines.
13. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment at the training centre.
14. Support placement activities by preparing candidates for interviews and workplace expectations.
15. Submit timely training reports, feedback, and other documentation as required by the organization.

Compensation & Location

1.Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month
