We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. This role requires technical expertise, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Install, inspect, and maintain solar panel systems, including mounting structures, electrical wiring, and inverters.
2) Conduct site assessments to determine system placement and optimal performance.
3) Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions to ensure accurate installation.
4) Perform troubleshooting and repair work on existing solar systems.
5) Ensure all installations comply with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.
6) Work with clients to explain system operation, maintenance, and benefits.
