Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and projects. The role involves managing teams, budgets, timelines, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful achievement of program objectives and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage programs from inception through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies.
- Lead and supervise project teams, field staff, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Monitor program progress, deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
- Manage relationships with donors, CSR partners, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
