Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing donor and CSR partnerships, preparing high-quality proposals, managing donor relationships, and achieving fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.
- Identify potential donors, CSR organizations, foundations, trusts and institutional funders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, foundations, philanthropists and other funding partners.
- Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, budgets, presentations and funding applications.
- Research and track new grant, CSR and fundraising opportunities.
- Coordinate with program teams to develop strong, evidence-based funding proposals.
- Manage the complete fundraising pipeline from prospect identification to proposal submission and grant closure.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : graduation in any relevant field
Certificate : N/A
Industrial Certificate : 3-5 years of experience
