Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities, develop employer relationships, coordinate recruitment drives, and support candidates in securing suitable employment opportunities. The role involves close coordination with candidates, employers, training teams, and other stakeholders to achieve placement and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for trained candidates/students.
2. Identify job opportunities and connect candidates with suitable employers.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, industries, and placement partners.
4. Conduct employer outreach and collect relevant job vacancies.
5. Screen and shortlist candidates according to employer requirements.
6. Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, job fairs, and selection processes.
7. Provide career guidance and interview preparation support to candidates.
