Job Description
We are looking for a Research Associate to support research, data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting activities. The candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to conduct research studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, prepare reports, and generate insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research on assigned topics and projects.
- Perform literature reviews and gather relevant research materials and information.
- Design and administer surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research tools.
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Conduct field visits, interviews, focus group discussions, and stakeholder consultations when required.
- Use tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, R, or other data-analysis software as applicable.
- Interpret research findings and identify key trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, briefs, case studies, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate databases, research records, and supporting documentation.
- Support Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and impact assessment activities.
