Job Summary
The Project Manager – Digital & Financial Inclusion will be responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and monitoring projects aimed at expanding access to digital financial services for underserved and low-income communities. The role involves working closely with banks, fintech companies, government agencies, NGOs, CSR partners, community organizations, and technology partners to promote financial access, digital payments, financial literacy, and inclusive technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital and financial inclusion projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives related to digital payments, banking access, financial literacy, and digital literacy.
- Lead community outreach, awareness, and capacity-building activities.
- Manage project teams, field staff, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Monitor project progress against targets, milestones, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
