Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships Programme will lead the development, acquisition and management of strategic corporate partnerships to support the organization’s programmes and social-impact initiatives. The role will focus on CSR fundraising, corporate engagement, donor relationship management, business development and long-term partnership building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies for corporate partnerships and CSR fundraising.
2. Identify and engage potential corporate partners, CSR foundations and institutional donors.
3. Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, senior corporate leaders and key decision-makers.
4. Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including lead generation, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, closure and renewal.
5. Develop compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets and partnership documents.
6. Achieve partnership, fundraising and revenue targets.
7. Design customized CSR partnership opportunities in coordination with programme teams.
