Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hair Dresser & Stylist Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training in professional hair dressing, styling and salon services. The trainer will demonstrate industry-standard techniques, guide trainees through hands-on practice, assess their performance and help them develop the skills required for employment or entrepreneurship in the beauty and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on hair dressing and styling.
2. Demonstrate professional hair cutting, blow-drying, hair styling and finishing techniques.
3. Provide training on hair coloring, highlighting, straightening, smoothening and other hair treatments.
4. Teach proper use, maintenance and safety procedures for salon tools and equipment.
5. Train participants on hair care, scalp care and basic product knowledge.
6. Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety.
7. Provide individual guidance and hands-on support to trainees during practical sessions.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Technical Education : 12th Grade Pass

Certificate : Diploma in Cosmetology

Industrial Certificate : 2 years of relevant experience as a Hair Dresser
