Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and governance of CSR initiatives. The role will focus on developing high-impact social programmes, managing partnerships with NGOs and implementation agencies, ensuring CSR compliance, and measuring the social impact of funded initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with organisational objectives and applicable CSR regulations.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR projects across education, healthcare, livelihood, skill development, environment, women empowerment, and community development.
- Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, CSR foundations, and other social-sector organisations.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Monitor CSR expenditure, project milestones, outcomes, and impact indicators.
- Ensure proper CSR documentation, reporting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare management reports, CSR presentations, project proposals, and impact reports.
- Conduct field visits and assess programme performance and beneficiary outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Lead and mentor CSR professionals and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for employee engagement, volunteering, and community participation.
- Support sustainability, ESG, and social-impact initiatives wherever relevant.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Degree in agriculture or related specialisation
