Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – CSR to lead the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role will involve building strong partnerships with corporates, NGOs, government institutions, donors, and community stakeholders while ensuring that CSR programmes deliver measurable and sustainable social impact. The candidate will be responsible for managing CSR projects, budgets, partnerships, compliance, impact assessment, reporting, and team coordination across various social development areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organisational objectives and community needs.
2. Plan, manage, and monitor CSR programmes across education, healthcare, livelihoods, rural development, skill development, environment, and community development.
3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders.
4. Identify new CSR funding and partnership opportunities and support proposal and grant development.
5. Manage CSR project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
