Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Project Manager – Health Department / Health Mission to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of healthcare and public health projects. The candidate will work closely with Health Departments, Health Mission Directors, government authorities, healthcare institutions, NGOs, implementation partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of health programs and achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage healthcare and public health projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate closely with Health Departments, Health Mission Directors, NHM/state and district authorities, and other government agencies.
- Develop project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, deliverables, and monitoring frameworks.
- Lead project teams and coordinate activities among field teams, technical experts, healthcare professionals, and implementation partners.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of project activities as per approved plans, guidelines, and government requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government departments, health officials, hospitals, NGOs, CSR partners, and other stakeholders.
