Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects across development, education, healthcare, livelihood, skill development, community development, CSR, and social impact sectors. The candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of project activities, monitoring budgets and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and preparing regular progress reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and implement projects in accordance with approved objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop project work plans, activity schedules, implementation strategies, and milestones.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, field staff, consultants, trainers, and other project personnel.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, donors, communities, institutions, and other stakeholders.
