Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Project Manager – Urban Water Management & Slum Water Project to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of projects focused on improving access to safe drinking water, sanitation, hygiene, and water-related infrastructure in urban and underserved/slum communities.The candidate will work closely with government departments, municipal authorities, NGOs, community organizations, technical teams, contractors, local stakeholders, and community members to ensure effective project execution, timely delivery, quality standards, and measurable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of urban water management and slum water projects.
- Develop project work plans, timelines, budgets, targets, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate water supply, sanitation, WASH, and community development activities.
- Conduct field assessments to identify water access, sanitation, infrastructure, and community needs.
- Coordinate with municipal corporations, government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, field staff, consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate community mobilization, awareness, participation, and capacity-building activities.
- Monitor project progress against approved objectives, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
