We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and energetic Guest Service Associate (F&B) to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, attending to guest requirements, taking orders, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand guest requirements and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, offers, and recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with billing, POS operations, and basic cash-handling activities when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and hospitality standards.
• Support upselling and suggestive selling of food and beverage items.
• Maintain proper stock of service items and report shortages when required.
• Ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for every guest.
• Perform other F&B service duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
