The Retail Trainee Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training in retail sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising. The trainee will work closely with senior associates and managers to develop the skills needed for a successful retail career.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
Sales & Merchandising:
- Learn and apply sales techniques to meet store sales targets.
- Assist in setting up displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining proper product placement.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Certificate : TOT Certified in Retail trainee associate.
