Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging training programs focused on communication, personality development, employability, and workplace skills. The candidate should be able to motivate learners, conduct interactive sessions, and help participants improve their professional and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging soft skills and employability skills training sessions.
• Train candidates in verbal and written communication.
• Develop participants' presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct sessions on personality development, teamwork, leadership, and workplace behavior.
• Provide training on interview preparation, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
• Use interactive activities, role plays, discussions, and practical exercises.
• Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and session plans.
• Maintain attendance, learner progress, and training records.
• Support candidates in developing confidence and professional communication.
• Coordinate with the training and placement team as required.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
