We are looking for responsible, caring, and dedicated candidates for the position of General Duty Assistant Trainee. The trainee will support healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care, maintaining hygiene, assisting with patient mobility, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
2. Support patients with mobility, positioning, and safe transfer from bed to wheelchair or stretcher.
3. Assist healthcare staff with basic patient-care activities as instructed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas, beds, and surrounding spaces.
5. Help with bed making and changing bed linen as required.
6. Monitor and report basic patient observations or changes in condition to the concerned healthcare professional.
7. Follow infection-control, hygiene, and safety procedures.
8. Assist in transporting patients within the hospital or healthcare facility.
9. Handle basic healthcare equipment responsibly as per instructions.
10. Maintain proper records and documentation related to assigned duties.
11. Provide compassionate and respectful support to patients and their attendants.
12. Coordinate with nurses, doctors, housekeeping staff, and other hospital departments.
13. Follow hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards.
14. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or healthcare team.
