Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking dedicated, empathetic, and motivated Academic Mentors to support students in their educational journey through mentoring, academic guidance, learning support, and career orientation. The candidate will work closely with students, teachers, parents, educational institutions, and programme teams to improve learning outcomes, strengthen student engagement, and promote holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic mentoring and personalized learning support to students.
- Guide students in goal setting, study planning, and effective learning strategies.
- Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions.
- Support students in improving academic performance and building confidence.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
- Assist students with career awareness, higher education guidance, and skill development opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress.
