Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking a capable and experienced Project Manager – Digital Education to lead and manage digital education initiatives, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure effective project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The candidate will work closely with education institutions, government departments, NGOs, technology partners, trainers, and community stakeholders to deliver impactful digital learning programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of digital education projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, education institutions, government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, and technology stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective coordination.
- Support the implementation of digital learning platforms, technology-enabled education initiatives, and capacity-building programmes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, MIS, progress reports, and dashboards.
- Track project outcomes, milestones, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide updates to senior management and project partners.
Specific Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project/programme management, preferably in education, digital education, EdTech, development, or social impact programmes.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and coordinating with external partners.
