Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Lead to lead and manage human resource functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring effective HR operations, and supporting organizational growth. The HR Lead will work closely with senior management and department heads to build a positive workplace culture, improve employee performance and retention, ensure HR policy compliance, and develop effective people-management systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
2. Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for various positions.
3. Manage workforce planning, manpower requirements, and employee onboarding.
4. Build and maintain effective employee engagement and retention initiatives.
5. Lead performance management, appraisal, and employee development processes.
6. Manage HR operations, employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS.
7. Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and attendance management.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational HR policies.

Technical Education : MBA in HR / MSW
